Single bedroom in a quiet location nr London

Ideal for a student or your professional as we are a short drive from many good train links to London (kings X, moorgate, Liverpool st.). Looking for a flat mate who will respect my house and treat it like their own. Would be lovely to have company in the evenings. Open plan kitchen/living/dining room down stairs with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Very cosy middle terraced house/cottage in a lovely quiet location (countryside village). I have a full time job at a vets with normal daytime hours, so I'm in at evenings and weekends. Ideally you would be on similar hours too (no coming in or out at very early hours of the morning) however I'm. open to anything. I do have a dog and a cat though.
