Ground Floor Double Room With Kitchenette /Sink

Looking for someone to join our family house. We have two children aged 11 and 9 so you would have to be comfortable sharing a family house. This room is on the ground floor away from all the other bedrooms so has a self contained feel about it. Looking for a tidy, considerate housemate for a well furnished, modern and large house. Nice room with double bed and memory foam mattress and double wardrobe. With kitchenette and bathroom sink with its own microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and cupboards. The room has access to an aerial socket, wireless internet and obviously the main kitchen/living area. There are double glazed windows opening to the front of a secluded drive. Access to the main kitchen and shared lounge too. We have a cleaner every week in the main house.
