You're sure to laugh with us

We're a nice household of 3, we get on very well and treat each other like family. We are looking for someone to move into our spare room, someone who is easy going, clean, tidy and respectful.
We have a dog living here, he's a happy chap and very friendly, and we often have other dogs visiting and staying over, so a love for animals is a must!
There is a garden, although access to it is very limited as my work is home based, and my workshop is in there.
The kitchen, dining room and living room are fully furnished and shared between all of us.
The bathroom and toilet are shared too, and the spare room is furnished (including linen)
We have a weekly cleaning rota that needs to be respected, we like to keep our home clean and tidy.
