I live in a lovely 2 bedroom Cottage with fire place, with a shared living room, bathroom, kitchen and garden-patio. I am looking for a flatmate to join. Room is unfurnished. Available access to good size loft for storage.

I have been living there for over 10 years. Good neighbourhood, landlord very helpful, house well maintain - let at £525- bills shared and not included.

House situated near the lakes and river. Parking available, main shops and pubs in a walking distance. St. Albans is approx 3 miles away, Easy access to buses to town and the train station. Easy access to M25.
