I have a bedroom available in my family house. The room is on ground floor which is recently extended double bed with en-suite shower room. The room has its own opening to the back garden.
I am looking for some one house trained, respectful and clean.
You can always find a parking space on the street if you have a car. The London Colney outlet is only 2 mins walk away which has amenities such as gym, supermarkets(Mns & Sainsburys), fast food(Mc D and Burger King) and shopping(Next, TK MAXX, Boots etc),
There is a bus stop close by which has direct buses to St Albans center, Hatfield and Watford.
