Hi! We looking for an easy-going housemate to rent out our spare double room in cosy house with share kitchen, dining room, living room with huge tv, and lovely big garden, with nice space to relax. In front of our house is a small lake, and animal farm, perfect for relaxing walks. It's a 3 bed house, you will be sharing the house with me and my husband. The room comes furnished with king size bed, and built in storage space. Garden view, parking available.
The house is couple of minutes walk away from bus stops, shopping centre, petrol station, local shops, gym, and restaurants.
It's about 10 minutes to St Albans train station, 10 minutes to London tube station in High barnet. Close to the M25 and about 25 minutes to Luton Airport
