Homely cottage

The house is a lovely 3 bedroom cottage with large garden, parking and is close to M25. I am looking for 1x female lodger to rent out my 3rd bedroom (loft conversion). The rent including bills is £400 per month for the double room, plus a £400 deposit available 22nd November. The room is fully furnished with new wardrobe and chest of draws, There is underfloor heating throughout the property so warm and cosy in the winter. good access to town and a 5 minute walk to sainsburys, marks&spencers, next, boots, new look tk max Starbucks, and accessorise. Also surrounded by fields nice walks or good jogging/bike riding area etc. 5 minutes away from radlett, railway station, hospital and major motorways. 100ft garden with 2 patio areas. There is no minimum length of stay just one months notice is asked for if you need to leave.

You will be shareing with me Richie and another female and a lovely calm dog. We are very easy going, And enjoy normal stuff like relaxing with friends, both at home and out & about. I am looking for a lodger who is clean, tidy and down to earth. Thanks you.
