Large Double Room

Hi I have a large double room for rent in my house in London Colney with use of kitchen, lounge, bathroom shared off road parking and lovely south facing garden .
There is virgin tv & fast fiber wireless internet included as well as all bills .
If you are not familiar with the area you are 5mins away from the Colney fields shopping park which includes a sainsburys super store there is also a tesco express at the end of my road st. albans City station is 15 mins away & their is also a bus service to all surrounding areas by bus if you do not drive .
There is motorway links to M25/M1 etc are close by
Please note I cannot accept night workers & room is for single occupancy.

Room is available all week or mon-fri and short and long term considered
