I'm a semi retired male looking for a clean and tidy person to rent my spare room. It’s a double and you have full use of your own bathroom. The house is only 6 years old and has all amenities including fully fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.
I have a 16 year old son who lives stays with me during school holidays and some weekends. I also have 2 rag doll indoor cats.
I'm a fairly easy going person and am happy for either male or female lodgers of a similar nature. I am slightly OCD so you won’t have anything to clean except your own bedroom🙂
