Couple would like to rent their spare spacious double room to a professional.

I live with my wife and 18-month-old daughter. My daughter sleeps through the night and has done every night for about a year, so no disturbance.

The room for rent is a large double room with a built-in wardrobe and its own ensuite bathroom. The tenant only has access to their double room, the kitchen, ground floor toilet and the garden. We are sociable people but like our privacy.

You're not required to do any cleaning, just please keep your room tidy and odour free. Also, we have a dishwasher; for those who are like me and hate washing up.

Rent Options (all inclusive of all bills)
Mon - Fri: £375pm (deposit £375)
Mon - Mon: £475pm (deposit £475)
Friday - Sunday: £275 (deposit £275)

PLEASE NOTE:
Markyate is not walking distance to any train stations. There is off-street parking.
