This is a quiet friendly family home with one female owner. The village is close to M1 junction 9. It is 15 mins drive from Harpenden, Luton, St Albans & Hemel Hempstead. A 20 min drive to Berkhamsted. Convenient for Capability Green Business Park, Maylands Business Park and Luton Airport.

Very close to open country-side. Ideal for cycling, jogging, walks etc.
All bills, council tax, internet, kitchen utensils, bedding are included in rent which is paid in advance on a monthly basis.

There is on street parking.

Please note there is also a cat at the property.

No smoking person absolute must and this applies to house and garden.

Lodgers are not permitted to bring in guests.

Cat lover preferred.
