Looking for a young fun housemate

I'm a pretty laid back person who's kind of new to the area myself and am looking for someone around my age to live with. As long as your a decent person and your not allergic to cats I'm sure you'll fit right in. The place isn't very big but you'll have the double room and access to the lounge room. The neighbours a bit crazy but other than that it's an nice place to live! There's a fireplace aswel. The shop is literally doors down, not to mention a couple of pubs and amazing fish and chips! There is also a gym within walking distance.

There's a bus stop up the road that takes you to St Albans or Luton.
