Room overlooks stunning views of the countryside and has easy access to A41 and motorway connections for M25. Train line into London Euston from Tring/Cheddington or to Marylebone from Wendover.

Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and use of patio, WiFi and bills would be included; the room will be let under a lodger agreement. Will except either Monday to Friday, full time or short term lets.

There are three country pubs in close proximity as well as a village and farm shop, and walks along the nearby Grand Union Canal and in the beautiful Chiltern countryside, so there is a lot to attract someone interested in the great outdoors.

I am laid back and easy going, however I like to live in a clean and tidy environment, I enjoy cooking, walking and socialising and am a member of Rock Choir.
