Looking for a non-smoking professional person. The room has a new carpet, it is light and bright with large windows overlooking a small green area. There is a TV aerial socket in the room.

The rent includes bills. Broadband is not included in the bills but BT openzone is available on a pay as you go basis with full signal strength in the house.

The shared living room, bathroom and kitchen are kept clean and tidy.

Shops, bus stop and Meldreth train station (with direct trains to London and Cambridge) are just a short walk away.

There is plenty of parking available on the street & also in off road parking bays.

Living in the house is me and my young son so we're looking for someone who is quiet from the early evening. We're easy going and happy to consider reducing the cost of the room for a Monday to Friday let.
