A friendly, sociable older person with mobility issues is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

This person would really benefit from the reassurance of having someone sleeping in the house at night. The person has some live-out help, but would enjoy a chat and maybe occasional practical help and some vegetarian cooking.

The accommodation on offer is a furnished double bedroom with separate bathroom for Sharers own user as well as shared use of the property’s other facilities including the kitchen, living room and garden. There is broadband.

The property is conveniently located just a mile from the Meldreth BR station with direct lines to Cambridge and London with Melbourn high street is a 5 minute walk away.

The person enjoys listening to the radio, watching TV, crosswords, playing cards and Scrabble and dancing and volunteering at Oxfam.

The ideal Sharer will be a friendly and reliable female, non-smoker who ideally shares some of the person’s interests. There is a cat in the property so a cat lover essential.
