Room available in Beautiful Melbourn

We are a young professional couple living in Melbourn with a 2 year old child and 8 year old cat Charlie. We both work full-time.

We have a double room to let for one month only 1st December to 31st December (some flexibility +/- a few days). May suit someone visiting family nearby.

It is a nice sized room with access to shared bathroom, use of the study, kitchen and lounge. There is a television in the room and large wardrobe space. To the back of the house there is a lovely garden with views of the church, which you are welcome to enjoy.

The house is a characterful old cottage (oldest part dating back to the 17th century) and is situated on a peaceful, pretty lane in the centre of Melbourn. Local amenities on the doorstep include co-op, fish and chip shop, 2 pubs, hairdressers, the 'Hub' (community centre and coffee shop) and the science park is a short walk away.

Meldreth train station is an easy 10 minute walk with trains running regularly to London Kings Cross and Cambridge.
