Melbourn is a popular, thriving village with lots of amenities including Co-op supermarket, sports centre with gym and swimming pool, sports clubs. cafes, Post Office, pubs and takeaways (including a great fish and chip shop!).

Beautiful surroundings with great scenery and miles of country walks/bike rides from the doorstep.

The household is quiet and relaxed with 2 dogs and a cat. Would suit a considerate and tidy person who likes dogs. Tenants with pets considered.

Transport links:
Car: 20 minutes to Cambridge including Addenbrooke's Hospital and Cambridge Biomedical Campus. The M11 is 15 minutes away.

Train:
Melbourn is served by Meldreth train station which is 7 minutes by bike or 10-15 minutes walk. Regular trains to Cambridge (17 mins) or London Kings Cross (70 mins).
A 10 minute drive to Royston Station give you a faster route to London Kings Cross in 39 mins.

Bus: run from Melbourn village to Cambridge or Royston

Airports: Stansted Airport (35 mins) and Luton Airport (40 mins).
