Looking for a House & House Mate!!! 🏡 🪴

Hello!

Myself and my handsome little dog require a fun, clean and chilled house mate to join us.

We’re in a beautiful little cottage with a small garden in Barkway, with Royston just a 5 minute drive away and Cambridge a 30 minute drive.

The room available is a double room, part furnished with a double bed though the bed can be removed if you want to bring your own. The rest of the spaces (garden, kitchen, bathroom, living-room and small gym room) are shared.

My dog will be at work with me every day but a friendly helping hand or joining for a dog walk will always be welcome.

I’m in my early thirties so enjoy being social but there’s also no pressure, as we all need our alone time 🧘🏻‍♀️. I like being active as much as I like a night in with film and a nice glass of wine and, of course, a drink at the pub every now and then.

I like to think I’m pretty relaxed, a good friend to talk to and easy to get on with. As long as we both do our fair share around the house but I’m not one to tally who’s done the most jobs.. 🙄😴

In the ridiculously expensive day and age we live in… who can afford to rent alone? 🫠 so that’s why we’re looking for a nice house mate to fit our situation and hopefully become good friends!

All bills (rent and household) will be split which will total approximately £800 pcm each.

I’m not looking for just a ‘lodger’ I want someone who enjoys living together. My home is space I relax in and it’s important to me that continues.
