Large farmhouse live in landlady

Two double rooms with shared bathroom available from beginning October. Ideally Mon-Fri but will consider full-time.
Five-bedroomed farmhouse in quiet village with railway station offering regular train service to Cambridge (10 miles) and London. Ideal for Melbourn science park, Johnson Matthey and Addenbrookes. I have a small dog and my four adult children are all either graduated or at uni, although they will be between here and their Dad’s house during holidays.

We all share cooking facilities in the large kitchen/dining room. I and my family have the exclusive use of a TV room and there is another large ground floor reception room shared by all. I can offer lodgers a separate fridge. I am partially based at home and enjoy being sociable but also appreciate my own company. I am prefer professional lodgers who work away from home.

The photos show the two first floor rooms set aside for lodgers. They are served by the family bathroom on the same floor shared with other occupants of the house. There is a large shower room downstairs which is also available to all.

Secure bike, off-street parking and access to the garden are all available.
