Double Room - Furnished - Parking Available

I am looking for a female professional to occupy my spare room. I am a 30 year old female professional currently occupying the property on my own. I will consider Monday-Friday lets as well.

This is a double room, furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and storage cupboard. The bathroom is shared with a bath and power shower. Utilities, council tax and Wi-Fi included.

The living area will be a shared space; sitting/dining room, kitchen, hallway, downstairs bathroom and garden. I have an off-road visitor parking space which is rarely occupied however on the rare occasion it is, there is an abundance of on-road parking directly outside the house and the area is quiet and safe.

The house is a 5 minute walk from Meldreth train station which takes you to Cambridge (15-20 mins) or London Kings Cross via Royston.

This property will suit someone who likes to have easy access to Cambridge and London but also likes to live in a quieter area. The house backs out directly onto a park and the neighbours are quiet and respectful.

IMPORTANT - I have a long haired, indoor cat. He is very friendly and sociable. There is no obligation or expectation to look after him however you have to be ok with cats and be mindful of not leaving the front door open or windows off latches to prevent him being lost, injured or stolen!
