This is a double room, furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and storage cupboard. The bathroom is shared with a bath and power shower. Utilities, council tax and Wi-Fi included.
I have an off-road visitor parking space which is rarely occupied however on the rare occasion it is, there is an abundance of on-road parking directly outside the house and the area is quiet and safe.
The house is a 5 minute walk from Meldreth train station which takes you to Cambridge (15-20 mins) or London Kings Cross via Royston. From January 2026 the train will also directly link to the Biomedical campus.
IMPORTANT - I have a long haired, indoor cat. There is no obligation or expectation to look after him however you have to be ok with cats and be mindful of not leaving the front door open or windows off latches.
