Single Room in Friendly House

I have a single room to let in Meldreth, just North of Royston but with rail link, for £500pm including all bills. It is in a house shared by two homeowners in their 60s and two professional males. There is a shared living room, kitchen, sun room, one bathroom, one shower room, laundry facilities, wi fi and a very large garden with a hot tub. It is in a village which has a village shop but is only 7 minute drive to nearest town Tescos. It is a friendly house; room would suit student, intern or minimalist. Please note for convenience of other tenants we do not permit overnight guests ie boyfriends or girlfriends.
