The room has a double bed a small wardrobe and chest of drawers can be provided. The room has double aspect windows looking out onto open fields. A front garden south facing with small patio and seating and parking space. The rear garden is 100 foot long with seating and lawn to enjoy the peace and tranquility. There is a summer house that can be used for any storage. I do have 2 friendly jack russells that are kept in utility room/part of garden during the day. They share the lounge with me and sleep in my closed bedroom during the night. I am asking for £50 extra per month on top of the rent to cover the council tax. All other bills are included. The house is set in a rural location which is a 3mins drive to the A10 or approx 8mins across country lanes to A602. We can share a fridge/freezer or there is a spare fridge/freezer in utiity room. I do not smoke outside.
