- the large double room is bright and airy, with wooden flooring throughout, fully furnished with Ikea furniture, double bed, double wardrobe, loads of storage/drawers, TV and own mobile radiator
- fast Fibre Optic Broadband
- sole use of own bathroom
- separate kitchen for you to prepare meals; use of own fridge, freezer, oven, double stove, microwave, toaster and kettle (x2). Separated from the main kitchen.....lodgers do feel like they are in their own flat!
- near to High Barnet Station (19 mins walk) and New Barnet Station (9 mins walk) and bus-stops (5 mins walk to Plantagenet/Bulwer Road)
- Northern Line tube to Kings Cross station takes 31 mins
- Great Northern Rail it takes 29 mins to Kings Cross; 23mins by Express trains!
- in a calm cul-de-sac, there are lots of parking spaces just outside the house. Road is brightly lit and very safe.
- close to Hadley Woods, parks and all amenities

Am usually painting in the studio, at the same time keeping the place spick and span and house smelling clean & fresh, therefore, there's no rota for you, yay!
This house is perfect for someone who's looking for a calm and zenny place.
Overnight guest is not encouraged, I'm afraid.
