I'm going India in October and looking for someone to rent my room for a month - 2 months can be negotiated. We have a beautiful communal garden (with a hammock) a huge kitchen and 3 bathrooms. New Barnet station is 5 minutes away & High Barnet is 10- 15 minutes walking distance. The area is really peaceful, right next to a forest and a pretty garden pub.
The room cost £600 with all bills included! £800 for couples. Please mind this is not a party house! but a nice escape for someone maybe sick of the cities hustle n' bustle.
