Nice Medium size room in New Barnet 11/11

We are looking for a new flatmate as our current flatmate is moving back home .

The flat is located 2min from new Barnet station, but at the same time in a very chilled area with a few bars and restaurants, short walk to the gym, sainburys.

Northen line line is a few minutes drive by bus, On the high street there is plenty of buses which can take you to Oakwood station Piccadily line .

The flat itself is beautiful - having lived in London for almost 14 years I still think it's one of the nicest flats I've ever lived inn - It is our home, rather than just a place to sleep, and we love it here!!!

You will share the flat with Arlan and Josh
The room has a big double wardrobe , bed , the chest of draws ,desk , the bathroom is shared . We are full time professionals, generally quite busy but also very social outside work, easy going and love to hang out and having a laugh together but respect each others' privacy.

We can arrange for flat viewings and a chat in the evening during the week or on weekends.
