Hi there,
I have a double bedroom to let out in my lovely 2 bedroom house in Orwell, a picturesque village within easy reach of Royston or Cambridge.
I would also be happy to consider Monday - Friday lets for a reduced rate.
The room will be let with a double bed and wardrobe. There is one bathroom in the house. The living room has a TV, log-burner, dining table and sofa.
The rent advertised includes all bills and access to a supply of logs for the log-burner.
I may sometimes stay at the house, but currently I often stay in Cambridge, so most of the time you would have the house to yourself.
Orwell is a pretty village with a local shop and pub, and plenty of beautiful walks to explore!
