Great room with 4' bed in lovely house

I am renting my cosy spare room with a 4' bed in my clean and tidy home. It’s a friendly happy household with a good atmosphere. I have cats, so a cat-friendly tenant is essential 😻

About the facilities, you will share a modern bathroom with a power shower. There’s a smart TV in the bedroom, a communal kitchen with a breakfast bar, a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Also, use of a home gym (at your own risk) and use of the garden.

There is free Wifi and parking on the road outside the house.

I am looking for a non-smoker with a friendly disposition to join our household.

The home is kosher so you will need to be either kosher (I can explain this) or vegetarian, white fish is also fine but no crustaceans.
£680/month inclusive of bills and household basics, toilet roll, kitchen roll and hand soap.

Easy access to both the M25 and M1. Local Abbey Link train station which connects to Watford Junction, London Euston.
