We are offering a short-term stay only, similar to a HOTEL or serviced accommodation. This is NOT a rental agreement or tenancy. No tenancy rights are given. You will be staying under a "LICENSE TO OCCUPY", which means you have permission to stay for a short period, but you do not have any rights as a tenant.

A fully furnished, self-contained annex within a converted stable, located in a peaceful rural setting near St Albans. Ideal for temporary stays.

Important Terms – Please Read Carefully:
🔹 This is a short-term stay only. Minimum booking of 2 days and Maximum booking of 1 month.
🔹 This is NOT a tenancy – no rental contract, no security of tenure, and no exclusive possession.
🔹 No deposit required. Payment must be made in advance.
🔹 Check-in: After 12:00 PM | Check-out: By 11:00 AM.
🔹 You are booking accommodation, same as a hotel. The owner or cleaning staff has the right to enter the property for maintenance or inspection at any time.
🔹 You must vacate at the end of your agreed stay. There is no option to extend beyond 1 month.
🔹 A cleaning fee of £2.00 per week applies to every stay, regardless of duration. If your stay is less then 1 week, the £2.00 cleaning fee will still apply.
