I am looking for one person or a couple with a friendly disposition.
My house is situated on a very quiet cul-de-sac away from the main roads, next to a nature reserve, and based in Park Street, St Albans.
The room I am renting is a double room with a 5 foot king size bed, and plenty of storage.
There is parking on the road, or a small free car park at the bottom of the road.
Park Street Train Station is less than a ten minute walk, which will take you to St Albans Abbey, or London Euston (via Watford Junction). And there are also bus routes within a very short walk.
And there are easy connections to the M1 and M25.
Room details and house facilities:
A lovely character room with a 5’ wide king size bed.
Shared bathroom with shower.
Large kitchen inc. washing machine.
Lounge and dining area with smart TV.
Wi-Fi included.
I am a live out landlord, and I only pop in sporadically / sometimes perform office work during the week (between 9am and 5pm). As such, you will have the run of the house every evening and weekends.
You will also have the use of a home gym (at your own risk) at my partners house around the corner (<5 min drive or ~10 min walk). There is also a garden and patio area also, and a beautiful nature reserve that the house backs onto.
Single person: £825 per month inclusive of all bills and council tax.
Couple: £1,150 per month inclusive of all bills and council tax.
