Single bedroom with a desk, wardrobe & drawers for your storage, & plastic boxes if you need for storage, but can be removed if not needed! Downstairs is a shared lounge/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and outside rear garden.
There is space in both the kitchen & bathroom for you to keep products & items should you wish to & will be sharing with female only😊

The house is a two minute walk from Park Street train station, which connects to Watford Junction, and this in turn serves directly to Euston in 20mins. Free street parking is available and it is a five minute drive to central St Albans & St Albans City Station
