Double Room to Rent, Park Street

The house:

One of the double bedrooms are available in our house. At the moment there are 3 others living here, we get along pretty well but we're usually all busy with work etc. We have various interests including, cooking, exercising, reading and watch television.

The room that is available is situated at the back of the house, it lets in a lot of sunlight and it is a decent size. It has a nice view of the garden.

The room comes unfurnished at £460 per month.

We do consider ourselves to be friendly, and easy going. We have a big bathroom with separate shower and bath.

The house does have good parking, wifi, dishwasher, front and back garden. The garage has a double fridge, chest freezer, washing machine and dryer.

The location:

We are located close to St Albans (10 minute drive to the city centre, or 15-20 minutes on the bus). There is also a train station nearby that connects to Watford Junction where you can hop on the train to London.

We are also close to multiple stores, Starbucks (if you are a coffee lover). We aren't'™t too far away from the town so its pretty easy if you're one of those folk that like to eat out or even hit the bars. Basically its like living in the city without the worry about parking or a crazy commute to work.

The roommate:

When it comes to finding a new roommate we're just look for someone that's nice to be around and who understands that they must clean up after themselves in the kitchen! Haha. Its not that hard to load the dishwasher!
