Myself and girlfriend live in the annex at the back of the house, and we have one existing

My girlfriend would prefer the new occupant to be female so that there is balance in the house.
We are situated just off Darkes Lane in Potters bar in a quite road. Very close to the station about 3 minutes walk. Which allows you to get into Kings Cross in less than a half hour. Or get the bus to the RVC.
The shops and gym are just at the end of the road.
We are looking for someone who is respectful and tidy.
We have a cat called 'Thug". (A purely ironic title, I promise you.)
So someone who like cats would be an advantage.
