Located in the heart of Potters Bar but tucked away in a private, landscaped enclave, the Annex which forms a part of the main residence, is one of a small number of exclusive properties in this beautifully maintained and oasis-like setting. A 5-10 minute walk takes you to many local shops, 20+ restaurants, as well as the station which offers a regular fast 18 minute train into central London Kings Cross/St Pancras. Finsbury Park is a 13 minute train journey where the Victoria and Piccadilly underground tube lines can be picked up.

Fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for comfortable living from towels to sheets along with a regular cleaning service, the Annex has its own ground floor entrance from the side pathway and feels private and peaceful. Our new lodger can enjoy the beautiful garden with garden gate that leads directly to fields.

The room is professionally interior designed with an en-suite bathroom, little kitchenette with fridge, sink and kettle, bed, sofa and TV, whilst the main house kitchen, dining room and utility room are shared areas. The main house kitchen/dining room is currently under renovation and will simply be stunning when finished.

Your 2 house sharers are working professionals (male/female) who are peaceful, clean, tidy, friendly and respectful and we are looking for a like-minded housemate to join. We work in the coffee and animal care industries.

Since the annex is situated on the south side of the house with it’s own side entrance it means the space has a feeling of being self contained to an extent enabling you to socialise if you wish to in the large kitchen and garden, or enjoy your own space.

We have a gorgeous dog and 2 cats so our new lodger must be animal friendly.
