I am a live in landlord ideally looking for someone easy going with common interests to share the space with.

The house is spacious with two bathrooms and an additional downstairs toilet with a large communal living area and a small garden.

The bedroom is a small double room with additional wardrobe space on the landing. There is also a separate office room with a desk which can be used if work from home is necessary.

Rent includes all bills including internet and council tax. I also have a cleaner who comes twice a month to clean the whole house at no additional cost to you.

The house is located within walking distance to Potters bar overground station and high street.

Nearby London Underground stations: High Barnet and Cockfosters.
