Double room, own en-suite - new build modern house

Big double room with its own en-suite, in a new build modern house with fantastic amenities.

The kitchen and communal areas are built to a high standard, including a kitchen with top of the range facilities. It is a three bedroom, four bathroom property - I use the spare bedroom as my office. A cleaner cleans the communal areas every fortnight, and this is included in the price.

At the property, it is just myself and my 10 year old Sprocker, Odie. He's a lovely boy, very well behaved and loves people - so you'll need to like dogs! He had an accident a few years ago so he is not allowed to go upstairs, so we keep him in the kitchen - but he enjoys his walks, the garden and a great quality of life. If you're up for letting him into the garden now and then while I'm at work, that would be much appreciated.

The room is available because my youngest sister has been living here and is moving out. My sisters still stay now and then while I'm away to look after Odie - so I'm advertising this as female preferred..

I work full time in the City (probably a bit too hard!) , a couple of days from home a week, and so I'm looking for someone clean, respectful and easygoing.
