Nice Three Bed House,With Garden, Parking

I have one room to rent in a nice three bedroom house. The room is a single room with a single bed. You will have use of the rest of the house garden and parking.
House comes with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and broadband. The only other bill is gas/electricity and is about £30 a month.
I have been renting two rooms out in my house for the last year and a half and the single room has now become avalible. At the moment I work off shore so am usually 2 weeks on, two weeks off. My other housemate is there full time and works locally. I have a cat so would like someone that is ok with cats.

The location is close to pubic transport, and has good links to the M25.

Ideally, I would like someone that is clean, tidy, easy going and of a similar age. If you are interested, leave a message on this site and we can arrange a viewing.
