lovely double room in a happy house, 7days a week

Hi there I’ve got a lovely sized double room in my house in my really nice and friendly house. It’s literally 1 mins walk to a really god selection of shops , budgets , Tesco , cafes , restaurants , etc. Less than 5 mins walk to mainline station. There are buses to Watford and Borehamwood too! The room has a queen size bed, flat screen tv with sky included.. WiFi included as well . I’ve got a nice kitchen in my house and a pretty garden. I don’t want any smoking in my home but if you do else where it’s not a problem . It’s a quiet happy home feel free to give me a call for any other details .. the room is available now . I’m happy to have a couple ( £10 extra) or single person . Ideally I’d like to have someone for a minimum of 6 months
