Comfortable, tidy room with double bed available for short let only. The house is a late Victorian semi in a leafy road, five mins walk from all amenities, including station (London 25 mins), shops, restaurants, coffee shops, doctors, dentists, library, community centre. House has a quiet garden and three reception rooms. I live there with my daughter, who is attending Leeds Uni, and two cats - so if you're allergic, best look elsewhere! I also work from home much of the time, so quiet tenant preferred! Shared bathroom, kitchen. Off-street parking available for one vehicle.
