Beautiful and Quiet with Easy Transport

On a very quiet street with green surroundings and a park very close by, my apartment gives anyone real peace of mind. In saying that, it's a 5 minute walk to Radlett railline (30 minutes to kings cross) and a 5 minute drive to the M1 junction. Radlett is a virtually no crime area and the high street is always pleasant.
There's a weekly cleaner and all the kitchen supplies are there. i don't watch much TV but when i do, the addictive sofa and big flat screen can sort of be hard to leave.
The bedroom is west facing (overlooking the garden) so no morning sun, but in summer, you have the sunset.
I'd describe myself as pretty easy going and respectful. no headaches kinda guy and really need someone with the same attitude. Most importantly, i need someone who's trustworthy and decent. Above all, if this is generally what you could be interested in, send me a message and we'll arrange a viewin
