I am looking for someone to rent my spare room. There is a fully equipped kitchen to use and a clean bathroom. The whole flat is cleaned regularly. I am ideally seeking a professional personal looking for somewhere quiet, clean and comfortable. It is a 5 minute walk to Radlett train station(direct trains to London St Pancras 20mins) and a short easy drive to St albans, Watford, and Borehamwood. There is unlimited wifi available as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. I myself have my own business and work very long hours and am often not even at home myself.
