Double bed, third floor room for rent.

Room for rent, furnished with: Built in wardrobe, bed with mattress & chest of draws, no TV. Professional couple preferred but will accept a single, sensible person. We are quite laid back, house proud and clean. We will have people round on occasion but will give notice. We’re happy with visitors but don't want late comings and goings.

Flat will be freshly decorated by March, pictures are current.
