Previous lodgers have WFH and this is an option. Would need to be discussed. Have also had student lodgers, so possible sharing of office space subject to agreement.
Excellent access to both central London (work, night life) and local towns (Aylesbury, Chesham). Also, excellent access to the outdoors. Local nature reserves, water activities, wild swimming, cyclibg, horse riding, lots of footpaths and countryside to explore (e. g. Chess Valley).
