I have a single room. The room has a large desk, WiFi, TV, wardrobe and shelf space, and own bathroom with toilet, bath and shower fixture.
The room is available Monday to Friday for £500 and Items can be left in the room over weekends.
It would be possible to discuss 7 days a week for £700, but only if you do not need too much storage as I need to keep some of the cupboards for my storage.
The room is available immediately and open to discussion on length of term. .
There is a shared kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine / dryer, a shared lounge with TV, balcony.
The room is in a secure flat complex with small own gym, 2 mins walk from Rickmansworth town and station which is about 30 mins on metropolitan or Chiltern line into London. There are also regular buses that stop outside to Watford, St Albans, Heathrow, Luton.
It is sharing with me, a 52 year old professional female.
