Furnished room available in desirable location

Room available in a desirable complex just outside of Rickmansworth (Mill Stream Lodge). There is a car parking space available and bills are included. The flat is on the top floor of the two-storey apartment block with a lovely view over the shared gardens and stream. As mentioned I am looking for a flatmate who isn't too noisey and will allow me to study during the weekends. I work in Rickmansworth during the day and when I am not studying I like keeping fit and watching TV.
