On the ground floor, Kitchen with breakfast area, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher; Large living room/study area, WiFi provided, with garden views and access to terrace area; private stairs lead to first floor landing with bookcases; a good sized bedroom (if you do not have your own bed we will supply new single or twin beds), built in cupboards and wardrobe; bathroom with shower, wc, basin and cupboard storage.

The cost for single occupancy for this accommodation would be £850 plus shared expenses including utilities, broadband and council tax of £154 per month. The cost for two person's occupancy is £1,000 per month plus shared expenses of £256 per month.

The occupants of the main house are a retired couple and two professional females working in healthcare.

We feel this accommodation would be most suitable for a professional person(probably female) or a couple, perhaps working in healthcare or teaching, who also feel they would fit in with the generally quiet life of the rest of the household. References required.
