Bright and airy double room with en-suite available in Royston town centre from June 1 for short-term let (maximum 2.5 months up to mid August). Rent includes all bills including super-fast Broadband. A smart TV is also provided in the room. One other room is tenanted and the flat is attended by the owner (that'll be me!) on a fairly regular basis, though not for long periods at a time. There is one car parking bay which will be available with a few, rare restrictions.
