I have an unfurnished Single bedroom at my flat to let on a 2nd floor. A double bed could fit in but with little room left. Furnishing can be done on request only. There is a no smoking policy contract clause in the property; however smokers can smoker out side the property.
All bills (water bills, electric, council tax, 24/7 access to sky broadband) included,
This offer is with a minimum of 6 months commitment. If not the case, the deposit shall be kept by the landlord as a contract cancellation fee.
No stay overs from visitors are allowed. This is subjected to a penalty of 40 pounds per night, per visitor.
