Double Room With Own Bathroom

Hi guys I’m Jo and I’m currently living in the flat (the landlord is live out) I’m 32 years old and work in Cambridge. I’m looking for a full time working professional male or female to share the beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with. The applicant must be quiet as I’m up early for work, clean and normal (no weirdo’s please!). You must have a sense of humour, be friendly and easy to get on with.

I’ve managed to furnish most of the flat over the couple of years but still have a few things to get. The bedroom is unfurnished and doesn’t have a fitted wardrobe but has space to put a rail/wardrobe. Bedroom is 10’1 x 8’4. You also have your own bathroom with bath and shower over.

5 minute walk to Royston town and less than a minute to Royston train station so perfect for commuters. It takes 15 mins to Cambridge and 35 mins to London Kings Cross.
