Double room with own bathroom

Hi, I’m Bryony and I currently live in the flat (the landlord is live out). I'm looking for someone to take my room in the 2-bed apartment that I share with another female from early September.

Much of the living room and kitchen is furnished by the other tenant. The bedroom is unfurnished and is 10’1 x 8’4. You also have your own bathroom with bath and shower over. Street parking available.

Has Virgin Media WiFi.

Bills not included but will come to an extra £100- £180 roughly depending on the month

5 minute walk to Royston town and less than a minute to Royston train station so perfect for commuters. It takes 15 mins to Cambridge and 35 mins to London Kings Cross.
