The room is next to the large family bathroom. There is parking for three cars on the drive. The house is detached and is a 4 min walk to Tescos and a 8 min walk to Royston Train Station and 7 mins to Johnson Matthey. Downstairs there is a study room with two large desks, office chairs and a bookcase. The lounge is open plan with wooden flooring and dining area with large round table and chairs.
There is a downstairs toilet with sink .The kitchen is fully equipped including tumble dryer, double oven , microwave and washing machine. There are two fridge freezers and ample storage. Free tea and coffee !
Iron and ironing board is kept in the study.
Outside the garden is well kept with a tidy lawn. A good spot for sunbathing. There is a nice patio area with seating and rotary washing line.
Upstairs there is a spacious family bathroom with Mira shower over the bath. Everywhere is kept clean and tidy with no clutter.
We are seeking a like minded person who respects others and will clean up after themselves and does not mind helping out when necessary. The £400 security deposit will be returned after three months. We keep a happy friendly house. Priority will be given to Johnson Matthey employees but all are welcome. I work for Johnson Matthey , Royston and love to cook. Single room available too.
